Windows says the updates are of the latest version, but no result. Still none of these are helpful.

Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site. I then went back to Windows 8 refreshed the laptop and then from windows 8, I bluetkoth the latest Atheros Bluetooth driver from Acer website and also updated all the other device drivers. Tell us about your experience with our site.
